STATE BOUND, HERE WE COME RED BANK!
Ashton's all stars baseball team's state tournament started today at Red Bank, TN (about an hr south of us). We were all pumped, with our pom-poms and "orange" shirts to match the team, and all our cars decorated! BUT... MAN! Our team was creamed by Madisonville Central - the score ended up being 16-1. Yikes! So, we play again tomorrow. If we win, we play Wed. If we lose, we're done and the season ends for us. Either way, I hope it's at least a good game tomorrow! GO BRADLEY COUNTY CONTINENTALS!

FREE FOOD AT CHICK-FIL-A
What? Did you say, "FREE FOOD?" Ok, we're IN! What's that? We have to dress up like COWS to get FREE FOOD?!?! OK! WE'RE TOTALLY IN! MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
That's right, it was Cow Appreciation Day on July 11th. All you had to do was dress up like a cow and you got WHATEVER food you wanted at Chick-fil-A for free. Even though we looked like a bunch of dalmations (haha Tony!), each of us got a free combo meal. It was SWEET!

We LOVE the pool at Memaw and Papaw's! Since baseball and the whole big move, we haven't spent nearly as much time at the pool like we normally do in the summer. We try to get there about twice a week, though. Here's some fun pics from last week.

Happy 4th of July!!!
We had a few friends over last night for a cookout and a few fireworks. Some neighbors had some really nice ones, while we just had the usual sparklers and poppers. It was fun and the kids had a ball.

On the 3rd, we went to the Chattanooga Lookouts game and watched the fireworks show afterwards. Ashton and the all stars team were able to get on the field at their positions to meet the Lookout players. This is Ashton on the pitcher mound, giving the pitcher a fist-bump. They were on the field for literally 1 minute. I didn't even have time to focus my camera for this picture, which is why it is a little soft. I was lucky enough to get this at all.

We MOVED!
Yep, it's really true. We finally closed on both houses and moved in to our new house. We closed on the 18th and moved in on the 19th. I think we got everything moved in by that Sunday. Shew! It was such a hard process. I told Tony, NEVER again! I'm thankful for our new house and it gives us tons of room to grow into it, so I'm fine with retiring here. lol. As long as I don't have to move anymore! Thanks to all of you who helped us out moving. We couldn't have done it without you!
We've been busy with getting things situated, Ashton's All Stars games, The Swinehart's visiting for almost a week and my Dad visiting for the weekend. I don't have everything with the house done, but I'm getting there.
Ashton's all star team made it to the State tournament, which starts the 13th. The district tournament ended last night... we were runner-up. It was a sad, depressing game b/c our players did not play their best at all. They started out great, but then just lost it. The team was tough and just played their best. Ashton was pretty upset about it. The coaches are trying to switch some postions around to see how we can do better in State. Ashton was pitcher, but I'm not sure if he will be at State. I'll post some pictures of him from his past few games.
We've been enjoying the new house... playroom, riding bikes to church, playing outside and swimming at Memaw and Papaw's house. It's been a great and busy summer so far. =)
